Common questions
How do I pair hearing aids with an iPhone?
On most models: Settings › Accessibility › Hearing Devices, restart your hearing aids, then tap Pair. Some brands pair through Bluetooth settings instead. See your brand's guide.
How do I pair hearing aids with Android?
Usually through the brand's app (myPhonak, Oticon Companion, ReSound Smart 3D, My Starkey, Signia app), not Android's Bluetooth menu.
